DESCRIPTION

Pgas is the first non-invasive pressure monitoring system. It detects pressure changes from a known initial value. These pressure variations are adjusted for temperature changes and used to accurately determine whether a change observed is due to temperature or a leak.

What is it?
It is a unique and innovative contents monitoring solution for pressurised non liquified inert gas cylinders such as Inergen.

How does it work?
Through sophisticated signal processing Pgas utilizes acoustic technology to monitor changes in pressure.

Why do you need it?
NFPA 2001 and ISO 14520 demand that inert gas cylinders with a pressure loss greater than 5 %%(adjusted for temperature) must be replaced/refilled. Pgas detects marginal changes in the internal cylinder pressure with precision well below 5 demanded by the regulations
