DESCRIPTION

Certified cylinder weight control system for our high rate discharge valves – ATEX – Micro switch code 54-KBEX – II 2G Ex ia IIC T6 Gb
This component allows the constant supervision on the state of charge of the individual cylinders present in the plant. It is fixed on the structure of the plant and connected through the rods, to the collars placed on each cylinder.
The SPB1-SUP-UKBEX has the built-in discharge cylinder signal.
The weight device system through a correct play of levers, is opposed to the action of the weight force of the cylinder, balancing it.
In the presence of losses of only 5% of the total weight of the extinguishing agent contained inside, the balance will leave the balance position moving and visually signaling the need for maintenance or replacement cylinders since it is discharged, in order to restore the amount of CO2 in kg you need.
