SPB1-KB: WEIGHT CONTROL SYSTEM WITH RING NUT, RODS AND METAL BRACKET

DESCRIPTION

Weight control system complete with ring nut, rods and metal bracket. The total Weight of cylinder + the charge has to be 77-170KGs.
It allows to control constantly the state of the charge of each cylinder in a system. It is fixed on load-bearing structure of the system and connected by means of the rods, to the collars positioned on each individual cylinder. The weight device system by means of a correct lever game is opposed to the action of the weight of the cylinder, balancing it.
In the presence of leaks of only 5% of the total weight of the extinguishing agent contained inside the cylinder, the weight device system will leave the equilibrium position moving and visually signaling the need for maintenance or replacement of cylinders since it discharges, in order to restore the quantity of CO2 required in kg.
