Pneumatic siren test Antincendi Unidet
On 2009/11/02 at our headquarters in via Copernico 4/6 Cornaredo (MI), we carried out a functional test of our pneumatic siren (cod.36S), performed with air at a pressure of 6.5 bars. Sound pressure level measured at a distance of 1.5mt. from the same: 96/100 dB(A). Model of the sound level meter used: TES 1352 serial n° 981104934 Possible fluids/gas used: air-CO2-Nitrogen-Inert.

On 2011/03/12 at our headquarters in via copernico 4/6 cornaredo (MI), we carried out the hydraulic pressure test on our product (cod.10) Venting device for Co2 – Inerte systems. Maximum working pressure PS 370bar Maximum test pressure (1.5 times the PS) 555 bar.
Hydraulic test servocontrol Antincendi Unidet
On 2011/03/24 at our headquarters in via Copernico 4/6 Cornaredo (MI), we carried out a hydraulic pressure test on our product (cod.42) Ø1/4 servocontrol hose for Co2 systems. Maximum working pressure PS 140bar Maximum test pressure (1.5 times the PS) 210 bar.

Unidirectional valves test Antincendi Unidet
On 2012/02/28 At our headquarters in Via Copernico 4int.6 (MI), we carried out a test on our unidirectional valves in stainless steel 316 Antincendi unidet srl, model VRU-PG120 3/8. These valves have a PN350 but have been tested as per customer’s request at a working pressure of 50 bar. Test fluid: nitrogen in gaseous state. test with operating pressure 50bar test with test pressure 75 bar test with burst pressure 150 bar.
Test pressure switch Antincendi Unidet
On 2011/11/09 at our headquarters in via Copernico 4/6 Cornaredo (MI), we carried out a test on our pressure switch (cod.21) with double contact with manual reset’ The test consists in verifying the intervention at minimum pressure.
